A huge part of this month’s consulting work has included research, strategy development and training in specific, targeted LinkedIn strategies for various clients.
This included work for a business development group specialising in bringing new innovations to market, a marine technology company and a law firm. It’s been thrilling to work alongside these exciting businesses to develop comprehensive brand and marketing strategies harnessing the power of LinkedIn, a tool I’ve used in depth to develop my own business.
LinkedIn training also took place in the form of an intensive workshop for Power of Circles last month. We had a fantastic cross-section of business owners and professionals in the areas of finance, law, engineering, administration and more.
Our photo shoots included personal brand profile photos for SubCool Technologies, Morgans Stockbroking & Wealth Management, Andrew Booth Building Consultant, business coach Kathy Hall. We also completed another shoot at the Art Gallery of WA, this time photos of the board of directors.
Out of the ordinary for us was a newborn baby & family shoot for Shelley, Matt & Bronte on the beach at sunrise. This was certainly a lot of fun and Bronte was a natural! You can find more images from this shoot at our kids photography website NW Kids.
This month’s media appearances included a radio interview with Jac Bowie on the do’s and don’ts of selfies, and a podcast for Brand Newsroom in response to my article, ‘Are you too sexy for LinkedIn?’. You can listen to these here!
On the topic of media, one of our clients Threat Protect featured recently in the news for their new app keeping people safe through an emergency security guard service for individuals. Proud to be part of bringing this great invention to market through brand strategy & photos, alongside web developer Publish My Web.
For me, this month also involved moving house and a quick trip to the UK! It’s certainly been one of the busiest Mays on record in business and life!
