All information on this website or related material is the intellectual property of New Work Consulting Pty Ltd. Any reproduction, selling, or re-distribution of any photograph, e-book, article or other content is strictly forbidden without written consent by New Work Consulting.

New Work Consulting may use the images within our portfolio and other marketing showing examples of our work, but we will check with the client as a courtesy.

Security Policy

New Work Consulting uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by New Work Consulting or any outside party.

Delivery Policy

Consulting packages: Bookings for our major services (consulting, training and speaking engagements) are made via email or phone, and clients will be invoiced. Our clients can usually expect to have their project delivered to them within the agreed upon timeframe, provided they have met the requirements as per their terms of sale document, provided at the time of booking.

Digital goods ordered on our website: After ordering digital products online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Normally, your digital product will be immediately downloadable. Otherwise, we will attempt to send your product via email within 2 working days. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at julissa@newworkconsulting.com.au

Physical goods ordered on our website: After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via mail within 10 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at julissa@newworkconsulting.com.au

Refund & Returns Policy

Courses, e-books and products purchased on our website: 

No refunds will be given once payment is made on courses, e-books or other digital products. Please choose carefully and contact us before purchasing, should you have any questions.

Refunds for faulty physical goods delivered to you may be granted provided the product is returned in full and written notification is given within 14 days of purchase. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. New Work Consulting will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Consulting Services: 

For short projects, payment of the full consultation fee is required upfront to secure the booking and covers pre-meeting research and preparation, your meeting/s (in person or via Skype/phone/email), and a written report or support materials emailed to you. 

For longer projects, a 40% deposit is required up front with payment of the balance due within 7 days of completion of work.
