About the Diagnostic:
- Online questionnaire of 6 key questions; takes approximately 8 minutes to complete.
- You can use it to focus on your Executive Leadership Team, or on a specific function where you want team members to develop ‘leadership’ brands.
- The information you provide is treated as confidential and is reviewed by NWC’s Managing Director.
- Following review, your report provides a 5-point analysis of 6 key areas of development at individual, team and organisational level, and an overall 30-point score indicating where your organisation sits on the maturity scale.
